FAQ - Customized invitations and party decor

How can I order customized invitation?
 → Choose your favorite product(s) from my  shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/MyPrintableMiracles
 → Purchase the listing.
→ Please give me the wording that you would like to see on the invites. Include it to the      "Notes to seller" section during the checkout. 
 → After receiving your personal information and payment, I will customize your order and    send the finalized, high quality, ready to print file(s) to your e-mail address in 1-2 business days. 

I don't have PayPal account. Can I buy from your shop?
 Yes, you can. If you do not want or do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay through PayPal via credit card or bank account. To do so:
•Complete your Etsy checkout by clicking "Commit to Buy" button
•Click the large green "Pay Now" button on your Etsy invoice
•Click the "continue" link next to "Don't have a PayPal account?" (left hand side of the PayPal payment screen)
•Enter your credit card or bank account information and proceed to checkout
Hungarian  customers can contact me for local payment methods.


Do you offer printed services?
Unfortunately, I don't offer printed services. However, the digital files can be printed at home or any print store. The printable files can be sent with email.

Will the colors look different when I print the product(s)?
Probably. Depending on your printer and monitor's settings, colors may vary. When possible, I recommend doing a test print before placing your full order.

Are your printables editable?
Unfortunately they are not. All of my custom products are customized by me. I send the customized, ready to use product in jpg (or pdf) format, and you can not edit them.

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
I gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. Due my products are digital I don't accept returns or exchanges after the product was sending to you. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
